They have an extensive experience working with hearing impaired people primarily in the fields of social work and education. Veronica and Carol holds training on specialization courses in treatment and rehabilitation in clinical audiology and provides front office coverage, develops the marketing and promotional materials and advises hearing aid users and their families about available resources.

They are responsible for maintaining our client database and providing direct communication with all of our clients. They are the one you will most likely speak with to set up an appointment, more information on our state-of-the art hearing assessment, guide you through on how to prepare on your appointment day and inquiries of general knowledge of hearing healthcare—and, if we haven’t seen or heard from you for a while, you can count on them to give you a friendly follow-up call or a friendly text message.
