Your hearing aid should be comfortable at all times and support your need for a better hearing.

However, sometimes you might experience situations where your hearing aid is not working satisfactorily.

The loudness decreases during the day.

Moisture builds up in the internal components, which causes the loudness to decrease over time.

The hearing aid is dead

Keep new batteries. If the hearing instrument has a volume control, be sure the volume control is “on”. Also, check the microphone and receiver openings for debris and clean the opening(s) if needed
